Three things you may not know about Gerry
- At the age of 9 Gerry was a ‘£10 POM’. The family emigrated to Australia and spent several months living in a large tin hut in Adelaide. The dream was soon over and they returned to England but it has left him with a love of travel.
- Gerry’s wife was lead singer in an event band that performed across France and Europe and is now a travel writer for Then We Walked
- He is still waiting to hear the phrase “… and Notts County have won the FA Cup”. He doesn’t expect that wait to be over soon.
